See the exercise before you lift: photos in the Session Tracker

For All Coaches

A photo in the exercise preview

In the Session Tracker’s exercise search, tap ⓘ on a row and the preview now shows the exercise photo, above the description and instructions.

Add and the coach star stay in view while you scroll the text. If a photo can’t load on a poor connection, you’ll see one line with Retry instead of a broken image.

Two photos that swap

Almost every library exercise now has a second photo. When an exercise has two, they swap every 3 seconds in the preview and in the Reference sheet on your exercise card during a session. A small 1/2 or 2/2 in the corner shows which one you’re looking at, and the text stays where it is.

Want to study one of them? Tap the photo to see the other one and stop the swapping.

Coaches: two photos on your own exercises

The exercise editor has a new Add second image slot once your first photo is in. If you remove the first, the second moves into its place. Exercise Details in the main app shows both as stills.

Polish

  • Demo videos wait for a tap. A coach’s video is now a tap-to-play card in the preview as well as the Reference sheet, so opening a sheet doesn’t load a player.

How this helps your coaching

  • For athletes:

Tap ⓘ on an exercise in the Session Tracker and you'll see the movement before you add it. When there are two photos, they swap by themselves.

  • For coaches:

Your own exercises can now have two photos, added in the exercise editor. Your athletes see them swap in the Session Tracker.
