Every 10th athlete is free

For every 10 Athlete Pass purchases on your team — bought by you, by them, or any mix — we add a free pass to your pool for a student who can't afford it. The counter never resets, even if passes expire. Because the freshman who needs this most shouldn't be the one who can't have it.

Once your team reaches 10 total Athlete Pass purchases — whether you bought them or they did — we add a free pass to your pool. Every 10th purchase after that earns another. Give them to students who can't afford it.

Refer a coach

Share your referral link. A coach who creates their team with it gets a free Athlete Pass. Once their team has 5 paid athletes, your team earns 2 free Athlete Passes — then 1 more for every 10 after that, for their team’s first 24 months. Passes your team earns are never taken back. Find your link under Team Settings → Referrals.

Common questions

Are all coach accounts really free forever?
Yes. Every coach on your staff — head coach, assistants, volunteer coordinators — gets a free account. No limits on how many. Workout creation, team management, the exercise library, the compliance view, building and previewing training plans, 5 AI workouts a month, and even assigning workouts to yourself are all free. Applying a training plan to your team is Team Premium, one $99-a-year subscription for the whole team. The coach account itself needs no credit card and never expires.
Do I need Team Premium?
No. It’s optional: free coach accounts, workouts, your schedule and building training plans all work without it. Team Premium is one subscription for the whole team, $99 a year — not per coach. It covers applying Training Plans to your team’s schedule, unlimited AI workouts (fair use) and AI-written exercise descriptions, with AI training-plan drafting coming soon. Building and previewing plans is free for every coach. Every team gets a 14-day free trial with a card on file; cancel any time, one trial per team. What’s the difference between bulk and individual pricing?
Bulk pricing is for coaches who purchase annual passes for their team — $24/athlete for 12 months (annual only). Individual pricing is for athletes (or their families) who buy their own pass directly — $28/year (12 months) or $20 for a 9-month season. The 9-month season option is only available for individual purchases.
Can my school purchase order cover Athlete Passes?
Yes. We accept purchase orders for schools and districts. Contact us and we’ll set it up.
When do Athlete Passes expire?
Each bulk pass is valid for 12 months from the date it’s assigned to an athlete. Passes you’ve purchased but haven’t assigned yet don’t expire — the clock starts when you assign them. Individual purchases by athletes expire 12 months (annual) or 9 months (season) from the purchase date. Between seasons, your team data, workouts, and history stay available on the free coach account.
Can individual athletes buy their own pass?
Yes. Athletes or their families can purchase their own pass at $28/year or $20 for a 9-month season. Great for when the team or school can’t cover the cost. If they renew while their current pass is still active, the new period extends from their current expiration date — so they never lose time they’ve already paid for.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. No commitments. Buy passes when you need them, stop when you don’t. Your data is always yours.
How does the referral program work?
Share your referral link. A coach who creates their team with it gets a free Athlete Pass. Once their team has 5 paid athletes, your team earns 2 free Athlete Passes — then 1 more for every 10 after that, for their team’s first 24 months. Passes your team earns are never taken back.

Buying for a school or district?

No student data is sold or used for ads, coaches certify parental consent, and your privacy officer can review our security program, service providers and documents before you commit.
