Changes show up without a reload
When someone else on your team changes something, such as a workout assignment, the schedule or a group, it now appears on your screen while you’re looking at it. You don’t need to refresh.
Notifications land in the bell
While you’re using Smagpie, in-app notifications now arrive in the bell. You’ll get an email only when you’ve been away for a few minutes, so expect fewer emails for things you already saw in the app.
Back on track after a break
Close your laptop, lose Wi-Fi or leave a tab in the background, and Smagpie now reconnects by itself and catches up on anything you missed. If you were halfway through editing something, your unsaved changes stay exactly as you left them.
A tab left in the background for a while quietly pauses its live connection and picks up again when you return.
Forgotten sessions still count
Athletes sometimes finish a strength session in the Session Tracker but never tap Finish. Those sessions are saved automatically overnight, and they now show up in Smagpie as completed workouts: on the schedule, in the Coach Hub and in completion counts. They’re marked Auto-saved so you know the athlete didn’t finish them by hand. Sessions from before this update aren’t changed.
Session Tracker in a gym with no signal
- Sets sync as soon as you’re back online, wherever you are in the app, not only on the session screen.
- You’ll know if something didn’t save. If sets reach a session that was already finished, the tracker tells you once instead of retrying forever.
- Finish tells you what happened. If you’re offline or the save didn’t go through, you’ll see a clear message and can tap Finish again.
- Italian is now fully supported.
Always on a recent version
Smagpie and the Session Tracker now let you know when an update is ready and keep themselves current. An update never interrupts a workout in progress.
