⭐ Team Premium

Team Premium is an annual upgrade for your whole team, $99 a year. It gives every coach on the team unlimited AI workouts (fair use), and AI training-plan drafting is coming soon. One subscription covers the whole team: you don’t buy it per coach.

Everything you use today stays free with or without it, including scheduling, training plans, libraries, watch sync and metrics. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Open License Management and find the Team Premium section, then click Start your 7-day free trial. Stripe asks for a card, but you aren’t charged until the 7 days are up. While the trial runs, the section shows Free trial · ends and the date.

• One trial per team. If your team has had Team Premium before, the button reads Upgrade to Team Premium instead, and you’re charged when you subscribe.
• Any coach can start it. Coaches and team admins can open License Management. Stripe’s receipts and reminders go to the email entered at checkout, and you can change it later from Manage subscription.
• Changed your mind? Cancel from Manage subscription before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.

When you come back from Stripe, a banner confirms that Team Premium is on, and AI features unlock right away. If the banner says your payment is being confirmed, Team Premium switches on as soon as it clears.

Free teams get 5 AI workouts per month, shared by every coach on the team. The count resets on the 1st, in your team’s time zone. With Team Premium, AI workouts are unlimited (fair use).

The Generate dialog shows where you stand, for example “3 of 5 AI workouts left this month”, or “Unlimited AI workouts (fair use)” with Team Premium.

• Only drafts you receive count. If a generation fails, is declined or brings nothing back, it doesn’t use one up.
• Used up your 5? The dialog offers the free trial (or the upgrade) and turns Generate off until the 1st.
• Fair use means a generous daily limit that normal coaching won’t reach. If you hit it, Smagpie says “Generation limit reached — try again shortly.”

Open License Management and click Manage subscription in the Team Premium section. This opens your Stripe billing page, where you can:

• update the card,
• see and download invoices,
• change the billing email,
• cancel.

Canceling stops the next renewal. Your team keeps Team Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and the section shows Ends and the date. After that your team goes back to 5 free AI workouts a month. Nothing you made with AI is removed.

Yes, unless you choose otherwise. When you subscribe, Renew automatically each year is ticked. Untick it, and Team Premium runs for one year and then ends. If you started with a trial, the first year begins when the trial ends.

You can switch renewal back on, or off, any time from Manage subscription. While it’s set to renew, the section shows Renews and the date.

Your team keeps Team Premium while the card is retried, and every coach on the team gets a notification that the payment failed. The section shows Payment problem — update your card to keep Team Premium.

Click Manage subscription and update the card. The payment is retried automatically. If every retry fails, the subscription is canceled and Team Premium ends. You can subscribe again from License Management at any time.

You’ll also get a notification a few days before a free trial ends, so the first charge is never a surprise.

No. They’re separate:

• Team Premium is for coaches. It covers the whole team and unlocks premium coaching tools, starting with unlimited AI workouts.
• Athlete Passes are for athletes. Each pass unlocks workouts scaled to that athlete, watch push and Benchmarks. See What is an Athlete Pass and who pays for it?

Your team doesn’t need Team Premium to buy or give Athlete Passes, and athletes don’t need a pass for their coach to use Team Premium.

Smagpie has given your team Team Premium at no charge until the date shown, for example as a design partner. There’s nothing to pay and nothing to cancel. It ends on that date by itself, and your team goes back to the free allowance unless you subscribe.
