Team Premium
Team Premium is Smagpie’s first paid upgrade for your whole team: unlimited AI workouts (fair use) for $99 a year, with AI training-plan drafting coming soon. Everything you use today stays free.
Open License Management and find the Team Premium section. If your team has never had Team Premium, click Start your 7-day free trial. You add a card, but you aren’t charged until the trial ends. Leave Renew automatically each year ticked to keep Team Premium going, or untick it so it ends after one year.
Once you’re subscribed, the same section shows your status: when the trial ends, when Team Premium renews, or that a payment needs attention. Manage subscription opens your billing page, where you can update your card, see invoices or cancel. Every coach on your team gets a notification when a trial is about to end or a payment fails, so nobody is caught by surprise.

5 free AI workouts a month
AI workout generation now has a monthly allowance. Free teams get 5 AI workouts per month, and the count resets on the 1st. The Generate dialog shows how many you have left, for example “3 of 5 AI workouts left this month”. With Team Premium it reads “Unlimited AI workouts (fair use)”.
Only drafts you actually receive count. If a generation fails or you get nothing back, it doesn’t use up one of your 5.
Give a pass
The passes you buy now go to your athletes in a few clicks:
- On the Athletes page, open an athlete’s menu and choose Give a pass.
- On License Management, click Give a pass on the Ready to Give card and pick an athlete.
- Right after you buy, click Give passes now on the confirmation banner.
Smagpie confirms before it gives anything and tells you which pass it will use: one your team bought, or a free Community Pass. Only athletes who need a pass are offered one, so you can’t give a second pass to someone who already has one.
Giving several at once: on the Athletes page, tick the athletes who need a pass (on a phone, press and hold to start selecting). Smagpie shows how many you’ve selected and how many passes are ready, then gives them in one go and names anyone who didn’t get one.
Each athlete gets a notification and an email, and their locked features open within seconds.
Purchases that always arrive
- Passes arrive even if you close the tab. Your purchase completes on our side as soon as Stripe confirms it, whether or not the confirmation page loads.
- Bank payments show as pending. If you pay by bank transfer, License Management says your payment is processing. Your passes are added and you’re notified as soon as it clears, which can take a few business days.
- A clear message if something goes wrong. If a purchase can’t be completed, you’ll see a reference to quote to support, instead of an error page.
- Athlete purchases count toward your free 10th athlete. Passes athletes buy for themselves now count toward the passes your team earns.
