One set of numbers
Team Settings › Compliance already decided the colours on the Coach Hub and in the workout log. Other screens used fixed numbers of their own, so a session could be yellow in one place and green in another.
Now every screen uses your team’s numbers:
- Workout detail: the TLS and EI pills and the Summary chips.
- Strength sessions: the TLS figure, pill and chip.
- The athlete’s schedule: finished workouts on Today, the week and the month views.
- The athlete dashboard: the check or warning beside the average EI.
Change a tolerance and an open workout, schedule or dashboard re-colours without a reload. Athletes see the same colours you do.
What looks different
With the default tolerances:
- Yellow ends at 20% off plan. Some screens kept yellow up to 25%; a session 21–25% off is now red, as it already was on the Hub.
- Intensity is on plan or off. The EI pill is green within 10% and red beyond it, the same as the Hub’s intensity arrow. There’s no yellow EI any more.
- Over counts like under on strength. A strength session at 115% of plan is as far off as one at 85%. It used to show green for anything at or over 100%.
- Schedule cards have three colours. A finished workout’s card is green (≈ plan), yellow or red, with the difference, for example +15 vs plan. It used to be green or red on a fixed 10%.
- Grey means nothing to compare. A workout with no plan, or a watch file with no data, is grey, never red at -100%.
The strength Sets figure and the per-set Met / Partial / Missed icons keep their fixed bands. They count sets done, not training load.
Polish
- Edit Workout on a phone. Delete, Preview, Save and Cancel fit on one row, with Delete and Preview as icons.
- Strength sessions show the prescribed workout again, in the preview and the Workout panel.
- Live notifications show the bold title over “Tap to view” again, instead of raw HTML.
- Translations. “On Plan”, the strength Compliance caption and the weight-override tooltip are translated in all six languages.
