How do I report a bug or ask for a feature? #

To report a bug, open a ticket in the #open-a-ticket channel on the Smagpie Discord, or email [email protected]. To ask for a feature, post it in #feature-requests on Discord, one post per idea.

The app doesn’t have a built-in bug report form. Its Support menu (the headset icon at the top right on a computer) links to Discord and to these help pages.

Reporting a bug

Tell us:

  • what you expected to happen,
  • what actually happened,
  • any error message you saw,
  • your browser or device, if it seems relevant.

A ticket is a private thread that only you and the Smagpie team can see. We follow up there.

Asking for a feature

Post in #feature-requests, one post per idea, so others can react and discuss it. We read everything posted there.

You don’t need Discord to get help: email works just as well.
