Applying a plan is now Team Premium
Building a training plan is free, as it always was: lay out the weeks, preview how the plan lands on the calendar, and keep as many drafts as you like. Applying a plan to your team or a group now needs Team Premium, $99 a year for the whole team.
Team Premium now covers:
- Apply Training Plans to your team.
- Unlimited AI workouts (fair use). Free teams keep 5 a month.
- AI-written exercise descriptions.
- AI training-plan drafting is coming soon.
On a team without Team Premium, Training Plans shows a bar that reads “Building plans is free. Applying one to your team is Team Premium — $99 a year, 14-day free trial.” The Apply dialog still runs the preview, and its Confirm step links to the trial instead of applying.
A 14-day free trial
The Team Premium trial is now 14 days instead of 7, long enough to see a full week on the schedule before you’re charged. Start it from License Management; the Apply dialog on Training Plans takes you there too, as does the Generate dialog once your 5 free AI workouts are used up. You add a card, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before that. Each team gets one trial.
If Team Premium ends
Plans already applied stay on the schedule, and you can still build and manage plans; only applying a new plan needs Team Premium. Skipping and restoring weeks and removing a plan keep working, and nothing is removed from your athletes’ schedules.
